1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RoofGuide.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, RoofGuide grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• Modifying or copying Service materials except for personal backup
• Using materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempting to reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notations from materials
• Transferring materials to another person or mirroring materials on another server

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or using the Service
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not upload documents that you do not have the right to share
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the documents you upload for analysis. RoofGuide does not verify the authenticity of uploaded insurance policies or other documents.

4. Payment Terms

RoofGuide offers a one-time payment model for policy analysis services. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes where required
• Payment grants you lifetime access to your policy analysis results
• All sales are final. RoofGuide provides digital analysis services that cannot be returned

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, but changes will not affect completed purchases.

5. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RoofGuide specifically disclaims:

• Any warranty that the Service will meet your requirements
• Any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Any warranty regarding the accuracy or reliability of analysis results

IMPORTANT: RoofGuide provides informational analysis only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional insurance advice. The analysis provided should not be used as a substitute for consultation with a licensed insurance professional, attorney, or public adjuster. Always verify important decisions with qualified professionals.

6. Limitations of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ROOFGUIDE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any claims arising from insurance decisions made based on Service analysis

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Upon your request to delete your account

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may contact us at info@roofguide.ai. Provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
